Leadership
At Bethel, we are dedicated to a leadership style that puts God’s love first. This means that while we have a system in place to provide leadership on various issues, all voices are important and people with good ideas are encouraged and supported to pursue their vision.
An organization like a church congregation does have business to attend to and at Bethel dedicated members participate in a variety of ways. At the most fundamental level are our two annual meetings, one in October to set budget priorities for the upcoming calendar year and one in June to elect members of our Servant Team.
