This is the heart of service at Bethel. Small groups of people dedicated to serving a specific need. These groups set their own meeting schedules and agendas. Anyone with an idea for a ministry is invited to gather a group and begin serving. 
Current ministry teams include: Faith Foundations, Community Action, Congregational Life, Finance and Administration, Property, and Worship & Music. Many of these ministry teams have smaller groups within them, like VBS, Sunday school, Altar Guild, Coffee Hour.
