Each Ministry Team has a dedicated leader chosen from within its ranks. These leaders make up the Leadership Team that meets every two months to share what’s going on within their ministry or to focus on developing the vision and overall ministry of Bethel. After these meetings, team leaders are responsible for sharing what was discussed with the members of their individual team. They also meet for a retreat during the summer to on a specific area in the life of the congregation.
