Bethel
Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in
America. The congregation was established in 1946 in a small sleepy
railroad town called Roseville, 20 miles outside of Sacramento. The
church, with its mission-styled architecture, now sits among the
houses, stores, and restaurants of Roseville, a town that has
experienced a great amount of economic growth and suburbanization over
the past few years.
Even in the midst of the vast growth of Roseville, Bethel Lutheran
Church has kept its "small town" feel. We are a worshipping community
that is warm and inviting. Both the old and the young worship at Bethel
because they find a place where they are welcomed and belong.
